A major arena-scale celebration for Dubai Islamic Bank’s 50th anniversary, delivered inside Coca-Cola Arena for thousands of guests and brought together in less than 48 hours. The challenge was not simply the scale, but the speed, compressing creative, technical and rehearsal decisions into an extremely tight delivery window without compromising the live experience. Every sequence had to be structured for clarity and control, from stage transitions and content to lighting, entrances and live cues. The result was a tightly executed anniversary show built under pressure, where timing, coordination and fast decision-making became as important as the spectacle itself.
